Meet Devin

Devin Phelan, your Local Neighbourhood Real Estate expert.

Born and raised in Port Moody, Devin spent his youth playing competitive soccer with Coquitlam Metro-Ford where he mastered his disciplines of accountability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

Attending UBC, his studies earned him a degree in Criminology & Psychology. He also learned how to manage people’s expectations, communicate effectively, and hone his negotiation skills.

Upon returning home to the Port Moody area, he completed his Real Estate license. Devin uses the power of social media and technology to expand his reach on behalf of his clients. The real estate process is delicate and can often be stressful; which is where Devin’s good nature, competitive spirit, and strong negotiating skills are an asset to all his clients.

In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoor lifestyle, running his Golden Retriever Finn through the trails, and golfing with friends & clients.

Meet Cassandra

Cassandra Ariken *Personal Real Estate Corporation was born in Singapore and raised in the most desired place to live – Vancouver, BC.  Appreciating the multi-cultural city we live in, and experiencing the many different communities and hidden treasures, has allowed Cassandra to gain an immense amount of knowledge of the Greater Vancouver Region.
Cassandra’s university background in Psychology gave her the necessary tools needed in navigating the sometimes stressful buying and selling process and supplying her with the ability to better understand the wants and needs of her clients. 
Years spent in the service industry helped further mould the person she is today – detailed-oriented, organized and attentive. Cassandra really enjoys working with people and values the relationships she has developed over the years.

Cassandra is passionate about real estate and takes pride in dedicating time and effort into making the buying and selling process as convenient as possible by providing her clients with the most comfortable, quality service they will experience. Her role is to take the stress out of one of the most important transactions of people’s lives. She is a strong and committed negotiator, and is motivated in getting the best results for my clients. Meet Chris

Christopher Sheppard *Personal Real Estate Corporation was born and raised in the Tri-Cities, and is a happily married father to three wonderful daughters, all who have experienced the best of the Tri-City schools and extra curricular programs the area has to offer. Including playing in the Coquitlam Metro Ford Soccer Club. He has been involved with the club for the last 17 years, not only as a proud father and supporter but also as a coach, manager and a member of the board.

Chris was made for real estate, educating people about the buying and selling processes is something he is truly passionate about. His father was a land developer responsible for many developments in the Tri-City area, and at 22 years old he started as a labourer, later moving into the financial and budgeting side of the family business.

With extensive experience in business and the community, Chris is more than qualified to help you make the best decision when it comes to buying or selling real estate. It’s simple, Chris cares about you, he wants you to tell your family, friends and everyone you know, that Christopher Sheppard will be your best choice when you are looking for a friend in real estate.
